Workout of the Day
Workout Of January 5th, 2008:
We’re gona start with body weight, which we mostly use, exercises. This includes push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups, calf raises. These are the basics, and I’ll explain all of them if you don’t know what they are. As we go along I’ll add different variations of these exercises, and even more new exercises.
