Execise Discription: Push-up (regular)

Exercise Description:

First we’re gona start with the typical push-up. If you’ve never done one before your probably gona have a hard time with it. This is how to do it: Place your hands on the floor, they should be shoulder-width apart, and and stretch your body out, so that your kind of making a right angle triangle. Then let yourself come down to the ground, making sure you use your arms as leverage, then push yourself back up to the starting point. Simple as that.
