Execise Discription: Squat (regular)

Exercise Description:

For this exercise, you need absolutely nothing, besides your body. Standy anywhere, ontop of a wall, on flat ground, or even a rail if you get good enough. Place your feet at about shoulder length. Keep your chest out, looking always at the wall in front of you. Bend your knees, but make sure they don't go past your toes. Continue going down until your thigh meets the lower half of your leg. Once reached, return to your starting position. You may want to put your hands out infront of you for stability, which is fine. Make sure this exercise is done in a moderate/slower speed.
